Every video keeps its original, full-quality file — and you can pull that file back out whenever you need it. Download it to a computer, or save it straight to your phone's Photos or Files.
Where the Download button is
Open any video and look for the download icon in the action row beneath the player. If the video has more than one resolution, the small arrow next to it opens a menu — pick 4K, 1080p, or 720p. The first entry is the original and is always full quality.
On a computer
Click the download icon. The file lands in your browser's Downloads folder, exactly as it was uploaded — same resolution, same frame rate, no re-encoding.
On a phone
Phone browsers can't drop a video into a folder, so equiReelz hands it to the system instead — the same share sheet you already use for photos.
- 1
Tap the download icon
A progress bar shows the video downloading into the browser. A large clip on a slow connection can take a moment — that's normal. - 2
Tap "Save video"
When the download finishes, a "Save video" button appears. Tap it to open your phone's share sheet. - 3
Choose where it goes
Pick "Save Video" (iPhone — this adds it to your Photos), Save to Files, or send the video straight to another app — WhatsApp, Mail, anything in the sheet.
