We will not distribute your content to other users or third parties without your explicit authorization through our sharing settings.

You represent and warrant that:

You own or have the necessary rights to your content and the right to grant the licenses described in these Terms.
Your content does not violate any third party's intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights.
Your content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
Upload media containing people without their consent or individuals under the age of 18
Upload media containing violence or explicit themes
Upload content for which you do not have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions
Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation

Misuse of our service, including violations of these prohibitions regarding media uploads, may result in your account being suspended or banned without refund.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service if:

Your use of the Service poses a security risk to our platform or other users
Your use of the Service creates legal liability for us

If we terminate your account for violation of these Terms, we may do so immediately without prior notice.

If we terminate your account for reasons other than your violation of these Terms:

We will provide you with at least 30 days' notice before termination
You will have the opportunity to download your content during this notice period
You will receive a prorated refund for any unused portion of your subscription period

You may terminate your account at any time by following the procedures in your account settings. Upon account termination by you:

Your content will be deleted immediately
You will not receive a prorated refund for any unused portion of your subscription period

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, equiReelz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Belgium.
