Compare two videos side by side

Sync two rounds, scrub them together, find what changed.

Two videos, side by side, scrubbing in lockstep. The fastest way to spot what changed between two rounds.

  1. 1

    Open the first video

Any video page works — the personal library, a team library, or a shared video.

  2. 2

    Click Compare

From the action menu. A second player slides in next to the first.

  3. 3

    Pick the second video

The picker shows recent videos with the same horse and rider as the first, then the rest of your library. Click to load.

  4. 4

    Sync the start point

Use the offset control under the second player to nudge it forward or backward in time. Once both videos are aligned at the same takeoff frame, scrub anywhere — they stay in sync.

Best for paired moments

Comparison shines when you align two analogous moments — same fence, same canter stride. Take the time to align once at the start; the rest of the analysis runs effortlessly.

Currently web-only

Side-by-side comparison runs in the web app only. The iPhone app focuses on capture, tagging, and quick playback; for paired analysis, open the same video on web and the Compare button is in the action menu.
