Only teams where you have at least admin permission appear, plus your own teams.

Members see the video in their team's library next time they refresh. They get notified by email if their notification preferences allow it.
Sharing with a team vs transferring to a team
Sharing leaves you as the owner — the video still counts against your storage and revocation is yours to call. Transferring to a team moves ownership; team admins can manage it from then on. See Share vs transfer.
