I'm not getting emails

Why notifications go missing, and what to check first.

Three places to look, in this order. The first one fixes it about 80 % of the time.

1. Spam folder

Look for messages from noreply@equireelz.com (transactional) or news@news.equireelz.com (educational). Mark "not spam" once and your provider stops sending future ones to spam.

2. Email preferences

Account → Email preferences. If you'd previously turned off educational or promotional emails, you won't get those categories. Transactional emails (shares, transfers, billing) are always on.

3. The address we have on file

Account → Profile. Make sure the email matches the inbox you're checking. If you signed up with one address and switched providers, update it via Change email.

Hard bounces lock further sends

If your inbox bounces our emails (full, blocked, server unavailable), our sending platform marks you as "do not send" to protect deliverability. Contact us to clear the bounce status once your inbox is back.

Allowlist us

Add equireelz.com to your contacts or your provider's allowlist. Especially useful for corporate inboxes that filter aggressively.
