Upgrade or downgrade your plan

Upgrades are immediate and prorated. Downgrades take effect at period end.

Upgrades happen immediately and you only pay the difference for what's left of the month. Downgrades happen at the end of the current billing period.

Upgrading

  • Click Change plan on the Billing page. Pick the new tier, confirm.
  • Your card is charged the prorated difference: if you were 10 days into a 30-day month on Casual and you switch to Active Rider, you pay 20/30 of the price gap.
  • Storage cap updates instantly. You can upload up to the new limit right away.

Downgrading

  • Same flow — pick the lower tier. The change is scheduled for the end of your current period.
  • You keep the higher quota until then.
  • If your current usage exceeds the lower tier's quota, the Billing page warns you. You'll need to delete videos or buy add-ons before the period ends, or your account becomes read-only on downgrade.
  • You can cancel a scheduled downgrade up until it takes effect.

Cancelling entirely

Cancellation is the same as downgrading to free. The free plan has 20 GB; if you're using more than that on cancellation day, the same warning applies.

Read-only mode

If you exceed your storage on a downgrade, the account doesn't lose data — it just stops accepting new uploads. Catch up by deleting some videos, then it's back to normal.

Try yearly before locking in

Switching from monthly to yearly waits until the next renewal — no half-month gaps to manage. The two-months-free discount kicks in at that point.
