When add-ons make sense
- You're at 95 % of Active Rider but Stable's overkill — buy two 10 GB blocks instead of jumping a tier.
- You have a busy show season but normal storage needs the rest of the year.
- You want predictability — add-ons are a fixed monthly line item.
When upgrading is better
- You'd need 5+ blocks to keep up — at that point a tier upgrade is cheaper per GB.
- Your usage is growing and not seasonal.
Pricing by tier
Add-ons are priced relative to your plan: roughly €1 per 10 GB on Casual/Active, €0.50 per 10 GB on Stable. Reflects the bulk discount of higher tiers. Exact prices on the pricing page.
Removing add-ons is symmetric
Drop the count from the Billing page. The change applies at next renewal. If your usage exceeds the lower total, the same read-only-mode warning as downgrades applies.
