equiReelz is an EU company (Belgium) using EU storage. GDPR isn't an afterthought — it's the default.
Where your data lives
- Videos — Backblaze B2, EU region, multi-region redundancy.
- Database — Aurora PostgreSQL, EU region, daily encrypted backups.
- Email — AWS SES (transactional) and Resend (educational/promotional), both with EU routing.
- Analytics — PostHog (EU instance) and Mixpanel. No third-party trackers in the browser.
Your rights
- Access — request a copy of everything we have on you. Email
privacy@equireelz.com. - Erasure — delete your account from the in-app flow, or email us if you can't access the account.
- Portability — download your videos in original quality from the video page; metadata export on request.
- Rectification — edit your profile in-app, or email us for items you can't edit yourself.
- Object to processing — opt out of educational and promotional email categories independently.
