Create a team and invite members

Set up a team for your barn and bring in your trainer, owner, and parents — everyone manages the same videos together.

A team is a video library that a group runs together. A team has its own storage, its own members, and its own ownership over the videos that live in it.

  1. 1

    Open Teams → Create team

Pick a clear name (Lummen Stables, Family Roxy, Coaching Group 2026). The name is visible to every member. Add a one-line description if it helps newcomers. How many teams you can own depends on your plan — upgrade any time if you need more.

  2. 2

    Invite members

From the team page, click Invite. Two methods:

    • By email — they receive an invitation email. Only that email can accept.
    • By link — anyone with the link who's logged in can join. Useful when you're sending invites via WhatsApp.
  3. 3

    Members accept

The invitation appears in their notifications and the dashboard. Once they accept, they appear in the team roster with the role you assigned (default: member).

Teams beat sharing for a barn

If you'd otherwise hand out every video one by one to the same five people, create a team for those five and add the videos to the team instead. New members are automatically caught up; departing members lose access cleanly.

Roles

See Team roles for who can do what. The short version: owner can do everything (including delete the team), admin can manage members and videos, member can watch and add their own videos.
