Account → Profile is the source of truth for your name and login email.
Update your name
Edit first/last name, save. Visible to people you've shared with or share a team with. Changes are immediate.
Change your login email
Use the Change email action on the Profile tab. We'll email a confirmation link to the new address. Until you click it, your old email still works for login.
Reset your password
From the login screen, click Forgot password and enter your email. You'll get a reset link. The reset email expires after 24 hours.
If you lose access to your login email
We can only email password resets to your registered email. If you've lost access to it, contact us — we can verify identity and update the email manually, but it's a slow path. Keep your email up to date.
